Korea release date: 28th March 2023. The product is shipped sealed and we will not be able to exchange products for dents, bumps or scratches. There may be minute cracks and welding stain on the surface, which do not amount to defects. You can shine the tarnished jewellery again by cleaning it. Use polish instead of cleaning solution when the jewellery is plated or emulsified.
