Refund policy

If you have any problems, please contact us immediately. We will always try our best to help you. Where appropriate we will discuss exchange or refund options with you. 

  • We may refuse returns/refunds for damaged/missing items without photos.
  • Pre-order benefits may not always be guaranteed. Please be sure to read the full description on pre-order listings e.g: "Pre-order benefits and gifts are first-come, first-served."
  • For undamaged items we currently do not offer refunds or returns. Return shipping will not be refunded as we already cover the cost of UK shipping for albums. 

We do not accept returns for albums due to factory errors caused by the manufacturer such as misprinted pages, typos, missing inclusions or photocards. Chuchucherry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

The outer album cases are for protecting the goods and we will not be able to exchange products for dents, bumps or scratches.
