Shipping policy

Orders & Processing

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your order (for non pre-order items). Occasionally this may change, especially if there is a comeback. 
  • We will try our best to keep you updated on the progress of your orders via e-mail and social media. Please follow us for updates. 
  • We aim to make all processing details transparent and keep our customers updated. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you should except to receive an email with Tracking details.

UK Tracked Shipping

Our K-pop Shop is based in the UK and products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage where available. 

Smaller items (such as photocards) may be shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For postage.

USA Tracked Shipping

We are still shipping to the USA! 🇺🇸 Customers in the US may be asked to pay a tariff after we ship your order. Please be aware that this is out of control. 

International Tracked Shipping

Items ship using Royal Mail International Tracked where possible to all regions (outside of the UK). We try our best to avoid you being charged any international fees but these are controlled by your government and we cannot predict whether or how much fees you may be charged.

Pre-order Shipping

Unlike other K-pop Stores, items in your order that are non pre-order can be shipped promptly. 😌 If you have placed multiple pre-orders we aim to ship them separately, ensuring you receive each album promptly in order of their Korean release date.

We aim to ship pre-order items to you once they arrive in the UK (estimated at least four weeks after the official release date in Korea). 

Pre-order gifts are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice, depending on availability. A refund or return based solely on the absence of a pre-order gifts is not possible. Pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

After the pre-order period for an item ends, you may see an increase in price due to limited quantity. Please place your pre-order promptly to avoid this. 

Photocard Shipping

Photocards are safely packaged in a protective sleeve & toploader. 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If you have any problems, please contact us immediately via email at chuchucherry0@gmail.com. We will always try our best to help you. Where appropriate we will discuss exchange or refund options with you. 

  • We may refuse returns/refunds for damaged/missing items without photos.
  • The outer case is for protecting the goods and we will not be able to exchange products for dents, bumps or scratches. 

  • For undamaged items we currently do not offer refunds or returns.

We do not accept returns for albums due to factory errors caused by the manufacturer such as misprinted pages, typos, missing inclusions or photocards. Chuchucherry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
